(ii) Free training: You can send your engineers to our factory for
one week free of charge training, which includes the software
operation, installation, adjustment, basic repairing, etc.
(iii) Technical Support: If needed, we can send our engineer to
guide the installation for you. But the relevant cost should be
paid by your company such as visa, hotel, food, both trip plane
ticket, and also USD150/day/staff (from our engineer’s departure
from Shenzhen) and help to arrange our staff's visa.

wooden case to pack,
For die-casting aluminum cabinet of LED rental stage display
screen, we use flight case to pack.
One wooden case include 2 cabinets, one flight case include 6 die
casting aluminum cabinets

Q1: When will you make the delivery?
A1: We can make the delivery within 3-5 working days for the led
modules and 10-12days for the led finished screen according to the
size and quantities of your order.
Q2: What technical supports can you offer?
A2: We provide all kinds of technology trainings for free,
including the operation and maintenance training of the LED screens
in our factory. we can send an engineer team to the country of the
customer to instruct the installation.
Q3: How long is the warranty?
A3: The standard warranty is 1 year. It could be longer upon
request.
Q4: Do you provide any free spare parts in each order?
A4: Yes, a certain amount of spare parts will be provided for free,
spare parts including module, power cable,signal cable, LED lamp,
IC, mask, power supply, receiving card, etc.
